I love the fact that they come from the Black Forrest. They ship within a day or two of placing the order. Cuckoo clocks have become my go to wedding gift for older couples "who have everything". They make a wonderful wonderful keepsake. The reaction to them is always the same surprise and delight. This particular time I ordered one for a wedding gift and one for a retirement gift.

| ★★★☆☆ | The Cuckoo Clock was a present for my parents in Bangkok, Thailand. We hand carried it to them in January and set up all ok. It worked fine for 3 weeks, but shortly after we returned to England, the pendulum stopped working. the clock, cuckoo and music box still work ok, but the pendulum won't keep going. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?
