Received clock with one leaf off the face. Was able to repair it myself. Everything else was a five star experience

This clock is even more beautiful than the pictures shows. My father has always loved cuckoo clocks and has wanted one for many years. The woodwork has lovely detail and is beautiful from all angles. When my children visit my parents, they leave a step ladder under the clock so they can see the cuckoo up close. My father loves it. The cuckoo sound is pleasant, charming and not too loud. I like hearing it even during the night time. It seems homey. The delivery was quick and it was securely and tidily packaged when it arrived. Also, there were two small packets of gummy bears included. This was such a great touch. I was a bit worried about purchasing from overseas but it felt like we were dealing with a professional company every step of the way.
